Flatiron Hotel

This historic landmark hotel located in the heart of the Flatiron district, NYC, was a renovation and restoration project that required working closely with the Historic Preservation Authority of New York City to restore and renovate this iconic Flatiron hotel. Simplifying the aesthetics while respecting the historic integrity of the Flatiron district was our goal and we made sure to improve the circulation and program requirements of the landmark hotel.
