Located just minutes from downtown Pensacola, JCER was awarded a master development of a 30-acre site that is planned for a podium-style multifamily development along with a mixed-use Marriott hotel including 10 retail shops. Working closely together with ownership, the city of Pensacola, and Marriott International, we were able to create a seamless work + live + play environment that created value for ownership, Marriott as well as the city of Pensacola.
